Why, of course it is! I love the Dixie Chicks (now renamed just the Chicks) but I don't care for Natalie Maine's politics...or what they were a few years ago. I still play their music a lot, but never read anything about them. The MUSIC is the message.

I don't like Neil Young's politics but like some of his music.  At least he didn't write a song for Fidel Castro like his friend Crosby. Neil has that crazy look in his eye:
