I had calcium on a chest xray of heart/aorta (in other words NOT of lungs, but an incidental finding of heart). Years later read about Vit K and have been taking it 8-10 years. Calcium score: ZERO

That dosage used is pretty high. It is roughly equivalent to a single capsule of Koncentrated K, an item on Amazon.

I have used that, but normally take two Life Extension Super K, which, with only one, is just about 50% more than the “Low dose” used in the calcium plaque study that didn’t do a thing.

So I normally take two of those, which at least gets me at 3X the low dose. However, one Koncentrated K capsule is quite close to the high dose used in the study.

I did three months of the Koncentrated K and have been doing the two Super K’s, ever since an X-ray I recently had for an issue showed no calcium left in me. I had, several years ago, a coronary calcium artery scan done and had a small calcium build up on one artery on my heart.

Hope this helps.
