“But the only way Trump would then be eligible to resume the presidency is if he was, in fact, the truly elected candidate in 2020. That makes two elections to the office of the President. Only two are allowed. No 2024 run.”

I’m sure that’s what the Democrat lawyers will argue to the Supreme Court. However, the 22nd Amendment did not anticipate election fraud and since Congress originally certified the 2020 election for Biden then if that certification is overturned and Trump is sworn in then his term of office begins when he is sworn in, not when Biden was sworn in.

The Constitution specifically prohibits ex post facto laws and legal actions therefore Trump cannot be sworn in retroactively. His term will begin when it begins and if he runs for election in 2024 then I doubt like hell the USSC will say he can’t.

Maybe you’ll be outraged if Trump is sworn in after January 20, 2023 and then decides to run again in 2024. Maybe you’ll vote for Hillary since she seems to be running again.

That’s up to you.

Yup. And if Trump is sworn in on July 5, 2022 for example then that means he's won the presidency twice. And his term ends January 20, 2025. Can't run in 2024.

Do you even know what an ex post fact law is?

Considering I'm convinced that the only way Trump is going to be president again is if he wins the 2024 presidential election then I don't expect to be outraged at all.
