The 22nd Amendment says otherwise:

“No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once.”

If the 2020 results are overturned due to fraud and Biden is ousted then Trump would be finishing the term that Biden was legally (but fraudulently) elected to. Therefore so long as Trump completes less than 24 months of the 2021-2025 term then he is eligible to run again in 2024.

No it doesn't.

If the 2020 results are overturned due to fraud and Biden is ousted then Trump would be finishing the term that Biden was legally (but fraudulently) elected to.

But the only way Trump would then be eligible to resume the presidency is if he was, in fact, the truly elected candidate in 2020. That makes two elections to the office of the President. Only two are allowed. No 2024 run.
