The viral replication phase that lasts for about a week, when the prophylactics work, then it switches in some people to the inflammatory stage and that really wreaks havoc with people and that’s where the venting and stuff gets misused and abused.
She needs to do what she can with zinc and vitamin D and C early. I hear that aside from ivermectin and HCQ, some other things help zinc get in the cells and that is quercetin and green tea extract. I don’t know if green tea alone would do it unless she drank a lot.
Amazon has zinc quercetin C and D3. In 1 capsule. Just got it.

This week I read that there is a helpful amount of quercetin in apples, with Red Delicious and Honeycrisp having the highest amounts. I think it’s in the skin but am not sure.
