Idaho Doctors can use the monoclonal treatment. Tractor supply sells ivermectin horsepaste. I’ve used the horse paste. Judge it by weight plus D,zinc, C, quecertin.
The dosage is dependent on the nature of the digestive tract. Horses have 70 foot digestive tracts, made up of three parts: the duodenum, jejunum, then ileum. Adult humans have digestive tracts up to 30 feet in length composed of the the small intestine (or "small bowel") and the large intestine. Humans have a different type of stomachs that is unable to digest the diet of a horse. In short, humans are a different animal and require a different dose of horse paste even if the effective dose against COVID was determined.
Also, horse paste has additives that make it more effective in the horse's digestive tract. I doubt if anyone is willing to do the clinical studies to determine the correct dose for humans. You might as well be playing Russian Roulette with that horse paste syringe plunger.
I have a Calculating Spreadsheet if anybody wants a copy.
You’ll need Open Office or MS ExCell to use it.
