My neighbor Barb Land died 12/17/21 from covid. She was fully vaxed. At the same time I had covid. I almost died. I am not vaxed.

Barb Went to hospital. I did not. I forced myself to get up every day. If you go to the hospital they put you on OXYGEN and they don’t get you up. Your dtr needs to get up in the AM shower, dress eat breakfast. she can nap, but needs to get up for a walk before lunch, maybe a car ride. Have lunch, and okay to nap, but get her up again. Walk down the street. She has to keep moving or her lungs will stop working. Finally I felt better, then WHAM I got hit again. This is when I thought I’d die. Pneumona. I started to sing from a song book. My cells heard the singing, somewhere in my body it knew it was okay to recover.

This version of the covid cause me to curse the CCP. I think I used up most of my f/u for my lifetime.

Most excellent advice. Katy has four dogs and walks them every day.
They also live on 20 acres and she can just let them out to run. Will most certainly tell her to keep walking them.

Your experience was somewhat paralleled to mine. I didn't have any respiratory symptoms but the fever, malaise, weakness, and disorientation were significant. For a day and a half I couldn't even get out of bed to relieve myself, drink, eat or take medicines. My family and friends sent the Sheriff's department to me for a "wellness" check. I finally was able to get up, clean up, drink and take medicines. I forced myself to walk to the mailbox and do menial tasks. I was determined to either die at home or get through this. I will not take the mRNA shot as I was an experimental subject for a failed vaccine experiment back in 1974 while in the USAF.

I lost 25 pounds, lost lots of hair and have multiple dental problems from the event.

My 73 yo BIL died from Covid on January 6th after 2 weeks on the ventilator. He was unvaxxed but had a negative Covid test in late November. By the time he was diagnosed with Covid 3 weeks later, it was too late for monoclonals.

Hubby came home with Covid symptoms on January 5th, but they waxed and waned. He was over it in a week. I got sick on January 6th, tested positive on January 12th, and I’m still dealing with a lingering cough and fatigue. 😖

I’ve been taking all the recommended supplements (C, D, quercetin, zinc, NAC, etc.) for over a year and added hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin 2 weeks ago, and yet I still got hit bad. I can’t imagine the shape I’d be in if I hadn’t been so proactive about my health since 2020. This virus should be classified as a bio weapon.

I was given the same advice by an RN about moving around when I had Covid. Keep those lungs working.

Just keep moving! Take the vitamin regimen. Use x-clear nasal spray to fend off congestion….

What kind of song book? Hymns, by chance? My mom has always sung hymns, ALL the time, and would embarrass us. Surprisingly, she’s 97 and illness seems to pass her by for the most part.
