I’m here on the overpass. It’s still dark. There are 4 of us so far. I drove into the truckstop first and it’s at 80% capacity and there were vehicles pouring in as I was leaving. I’m very tired because I didn’t sleep well, predictably, andI’m feeling very emotional seeing all these people coming out to support freedom in Canada. I’m no longer alone in my country and I’m overwhelmed with gratitude and relief by that knowledge.
As I wrote those words, seven more vehicles have arrived and others are honking as they pass.
Let Freedom Ring! Awesome!

I AM in support of the Canadians truckers, and American Truckers, I used to be one on the East Coast...
The Canadian ‘Freedom Convoy’ of truckers, pushing back against COVID mandates, forced vaccinations and government regulations, began late last week and has gained incredible support from the public. It is very challenging to put the scale of this grassroots effort into an adequate context.

The fundraiser for the effort now exceeds $5.5 million dollars and still climbing. It is now estimated that over 50,000 vehicles are participating in the convoy effort, and the Canadian Dept of Transportation is doing everything possible to stop, block and impede the assemblies.
