If the CBC is suggesting that the convoy is organized by Putin and Russia, it's the first step toward declaring the truckers to be enemy combatants. That would indicate that Trudeau is planning lethal military force against the truckers.

The question then becomes: Will the military obey or mutiny? If the military refuses such an order, it means the government falls.
