Just a few who might know (probably many do) - can the filibuster be used to make a Senate confirmation vote require 60 votes? Or am I mixing apples and bunny rabbits?

Now I know this will sound radical to a lot of you, but stop and think for a minute...
If Our Truckers were to stop driving, and Our Stores would close, and Our people wouldn't work at all any where, and we tell the Gov. that we won't do anything until Biteme and his loony bin of people leave office and go home, then we can put Trump back into office, the Truckers would Truck, the workers would work, and Mr. President would turn on the tap to the gas and oil, finish the wall and round up all illegals and send them back where they came, stores would open, the docks in CA would have trucks lined up to haul products all over America again...
Why can't we do that???
