I am motivated to add that I heard two things today re: Nancy Pelosi that moves me to remind FReeQers of two things I have been warning for some time on this thread.
First, Pelosi submerged all talk that she would not be seeking reelection this year --- she is running!
Which leads me to my first warning: Keep an eye on Nancy Pelosi!
Second, a Congressman complained today that the Capitol Police are spying on congressional staff and on members' constituents.
And that leads me to my second warning: Nancy Pelosi is establishing her own 'secret police' force - and unconstitutionally using the Capitol Police to accomplish her power grab!
In both cases she does not appear to be planning on losing her Speaker-ship... an ominous sign for November. She announced last Fall her intention to set up state branches of the Capitol Police as intelligence agencies to 'monitor' citizen unrest and anti (socialist) activities; Florida was one of her first targets. I wrote Gov. DeSantis immediately and urged him to disallow admission of this unconstitutional secret police organ in our state. He agreed.
Here in the Philippines, people study nursing to get a job overseas to support their families. True,some can't pass the exams to work in the US etc. But they can still find work in the Middle East in hospitals, or work as caregivers with the elderly or as nannies.
Nearly everyone in our family became doctors or nurses or x ray or lab techs. Some work here, or do short contracts in Saudi or the middle east, but others immigrated to the US or the UK or Canada...

I have not driven a big rig since about 1996, but it it gets in your blood. I drove all over West Germany for the Army and I viewed a lot of things. I had a great MOS and lots of cool experiences.
I could go back to it tomorrow, because an Old Timer once said to me,....’It is like riding a bicycle.’ You cannot lose that skill.
They are tasty. Love oysters.
Gosh, I hope so. I’ve done some hard things, but watching this movie is one of the hardest.
