That's true of wind farms too. They alter the local climate in substantial ways.

The key word is “local”. A few miles away and the “climate” is whatever nature makes it.

Earth’s climate is the result of the sun, land mass, bodies of water, the rotation of the planet and to a small degree volcanic eruptions.

Man can control the climate within buildings (at a cost, the larger the building, the larger is the cost). I can not imagine what the cost would be if they decided to cool the Central Valley in the summer time let alone control the entire earth’s climate.

The bottom line is that environmentalism is nothing more then a back door to communism (government control of everything). Ironic to think the most communist country in the world, China, is the most environmental unfriendly that exist.
