Meat Loaf was a deep thinker, a hard-working craftsman, and a serious student of the art of acting. He looked at his musical performances as acting, with each song sung by a different character. He was one of a kind.

His unforgettable style was perfectly complemented by the amazing songs written by his friend Jim Steinman, one of the greatest songwriters of all time.

R.I.P., Meat. We will never forget you. Thanks for the spectacular performances.

I agree. Even so, I forget how many times Meatloaf and Jim Steinmen had a falling out. I think they twice sued each other.
