They have as much expertise at this as they do with the death virus.
It depends on who is paying for the “study”.
Exactly - We are told to “follow the science”, while the same “science” literally changes direction more than the wind!
One more than before anyway.
If you’re worried that a glass of wine a day might be harmful, drink two. Problem solved.
How much money whichever lobby pays to the press that week?
BS.
Follow the money.
Same with the “coffee studies”.
My be and all and end all is not to spend half of my emotional energy doing all the things currently thought to prolong life. Christianity is so moderate . . . not (for most versions) the total abstention of the Mohammedan nor the maximization of mere pleasure of the epicure. Chesterton said that we thank God for food and drink by using them in moderation (something he would admit he had done imperfectly).
About as many times as they wet back & forth on coffee, eating meat, eating carbs....
About as many times as Fauci went back & forth on masks.
The experts.... pfft Trust the science.... pffft
Whatta bout coffee, tea AND alcohol, all in moderation?
I can’t answer that question.
In 19 minutes, wife and I begin our daily “Wine Thirty” hour and the WHE can kiss our arses.

“I don’t have a drinking problem...except when I can’t get a drink” - Tom Waits
-— “How many times have they gone back and forth on this?”
Yes. No. Yes. No. Yes. No. Yes. No. Yes. No. Yes. No. Yes. No. Yes. No. Yes. No. We’re absolutely sure. Maybe. Yes. No. Yes. No. Yes. No. Yes. No. Experts say. Yes. No. Yes. No. Yes. No. A new study confirms. Yes. No. Yes. No. Yes. No. Perhaps. Yes. No. Yes. No. Yes. No. Science has determined. Yes. No. Yes. No. Yes. No. Yes. No.
Some alcohol lowers cholesterol
Then have two.
Lol that’s what I hopped on to post....drink two glasses.
Actually, I did see a graph in some book a few years back that showed health benefits of wine. Zero wine and 1 glass were fine, but people benefitted greatly from 2 (4 oz.) glasses a day. More than two glasses, and it went back down.
