Companies knew your health information for years under employer paid groups health insurance...especially when you filled out health applications and turned it back into your employer
They even knew when you and you family had claims and how much.
That changed with Hipaa when employers could no longer see your health info.
If you don’t want the vaccination ....quit. No one is forcing you to work there and it is a private business their rules.
WRONG. I don’t have the company health care and they don’t have my info. Also, they would have to fire me as I will not go voluntarily.
