Alabama football coach Nick Saban urges West Virginia Sen. Joe Manchin to support Freedom to Vote Act
Alabama football coach Nick Saban was among a handful of sports figures from West Virginia to sign a letter urging Sen. Joe Manchin, a Democrat, to support the passage of the Freedom to Vote Act.
The letter, which was made public on Monday, also was signed by NBA Hall of Famer Jerry West, former West Virginia athletic director Oliver Luck, former NFL All-Pro Darryl Talley and former NFL commissioner Paul Tagliabue.

Everything woke turns to merde.
Up the middle for no down.
Saban will whut... be running for office using a split-the-baby approach in his initial foray into Lefty politics.
If it’s accurate, the corrupt voter thing can’t pass without up ending the filibuster rule, which goofy opposes, so essentially his mutterings are awash in stalemate.
I’d like to see coming out of the gate, both POTUS and MAGA laugh out loud at his maiden voyage into goonery.
Saban the baller swings and misses at becoming Saban the Sage for political thought.
I heard the announcers echoing the same thing while watching NBA yesterday. I said to myself WTF? How difficult is it to go vote?
Saban doesn’t really care what is in the Bill he wants Manchin to support but wants to keep his recruiting doors wide open.

It would be interesting to know who is the sports agent that arranged these signatures & how much the fees were for the celebrity endorsements.
