Twenty years ago, my circle of friends was limited almost exclusively to mainline denominational Christians. After my divorce, I was kicked out of the church I was attending, which forced me to find friends outside the denominational church.

In the years that followed, my friendships consisted mostly of people who had suffered abuse, neglect and rejection from the church. During the next 15 years a majority of those who engaged with me on social media were church dropouts; people who are pursuing a better understanding God but do not attend church regularly.

In the last couple of years, I’ve become acquainted with people who follow the new age, Buddhism, Shintoism or some other faith as well as many atheists and agnostics. Though we may disagree on the nature of God, we are all patriots who want to see our nation return its constitutional foundation.
It isn’t my business how you pray to God, which God you pray to, or if you acknowledge God at all.

If you want to learn about my relationship with God, you’re free to watch my videos or read my books and articles. You’re also free to ignore them. Agreement on the nature of God is not required for us to fight together against the forces of darkness that are trying to enslave the world. On that issue, people of all faiths can unite.

Pepe Lives Matter [referring to Praying Medic’s statement above]
I agree with this statement 117 percent. Q’s message was always about uniting the majority (We the People) against the minority (the elite cabal).
We can set aside our differences to fight back against their cult. We do not need to agree on everything or share the same religious views.
Q also talked extensively about thinking for yourself and using your own discernment. No person gets it right 100 percent of the time. We find people that we learn to trust more than others but at the end of the day it is most wise to trust God and our discernment first. We don’t need to blindly follow one person or another. We can realize a truth spoken by someone and still sift through any untruths. We can unite despite having a tapestry of differences.

It looks like PepeLivesMatter17, Praying Medic and I agree on all the essentials per my post here: Flynn's role in WWG1wgA.

As I said, I had no concern with Flynn's faith as a peer, as a fellow patriot in the battle between good and evil. Praying Medic said, "Agreement on the nature of God is not required for us to fight together against the forces of darkness that are trying to enslave the world. On that issue, people of all faiths can unite."

On this we agree. Those who love freedom and life can fight together, regardless of their faith (or atheism etc.).

Both posters seem to address peers, anons in the battle, and part of my comments referred to Flynn that way. Only Pepe Lives Matter touched on the leadership angle that I focused on (well, I tried but sorry for that wandering post!):

"We find people that we learn to trust more than others but at the end of the day it is most wise to trust God and our discernment first. We don’t need to blindly follow one person or another." ~Pepe Lives Matter

Yes - that is the core of my post. There is some hero worship going on and "We don't need to blindly follow one person or another." AMEN! Let's use discernment instead.

In the first days following Flynn's prayer, I saw a couple of Christian speakers on YOUTUBE and they played a clip of Flynn's prayer, which should have repelled protestants. On man asked in disbelief, "But why? Why did all those 'christians' participate in that prayer and no one said anything?!"

The other man replied, "Because. It's General Flynn." Blindly following whatever Flynn chooses to pray to because we appreciate him in other ways is a mistake.

Many of us believe we are in the battle between Good and Evil written of in the Bible, and that NOW is not the time to turn to occult prayer, while at the same saying we are placing our faith in God to lead us through this.

We stand before God and what do we say for those who participate in Clare Prophet's occultic prayer, "Well, Lord, I know You have said we must not pray to angels, and we must have nothing to to with necromancy, but we're in a tight spot and if we object to participating in occultic prayer, that could divide us, and Q told us to stay together."

God will not uphold us if we believe we must worship with occult prayer to 'keep the peace' and WWG1WGA. God's path through the storm will never require us to submit to occult prayer in order to win.

My objection is one of leadership and Q did say, over and over, be careful who you follow. I am grateful for what Flynn brings to the table as an anon, as a peer, as a warrior with a an admirable service record, but I don't understand how it is he is becoming or serving as a spiritual leader.

I agree with Praying Medic when he said, "It isn’t my business how you pray to God, which God you pray to, or if you acknowledge God at all," until you stand up in leadership before the rest of us, and for example, lead us into an occultic prayer originated by a woman channeling evil spirits.

"Necromancy is defined as the conjuring of the spirits of the dead for purposes of magically revealing the future or influencing the course of events. In the Bible, necromancy is also called “divination,” “sorcery” and “spiritism” and is forbidden many times in Scripture (Leviticus 19:26Deuteronomy 18:10Galatians 5:19-20Acts 19:19) as an abomination to God. It is something that the Lord speaks very strongly against and is to be avoided as much as any evil." What does the Bible say about necromancy? | GotQuestions.org

My Bible says I must not pray to angels, nor participate in necromancy, not even for WWG1WGA or General Flynn.

I believe General Flynn regretably conducted himself in a divisive manner - with a universe of acceptable prayer at his disposal, he chose one by channeler Clare Prophet, which many Christians cannot accept. When the struggle began among those offended, and those not offended by his prayer, he made no move to resolve that conflict.

Oh, if only Flynn had not done so we wouldn't be having this conversation. He has caused that division, and when questioned, he doubled down with an irritable remark and no further clarification. These are not the behaviors of one who can unite and lead us. But he's a patriot who can still serve the movement, still be a voice for activism and strength.

If it comes down to choosing WWG1WGA and God, God wins. But it's really just a question of not blindly following others, for those of us who follow God.
