The idea is to memorialize or celebrate the Zotting of bad actors.
After the fact. After the Moderator or Jim makes the call.
Not me, not you and not the community.

Once that happens, those who care to do so dance a jig upon the grave.

How is that any kind of different from what already happens?
All it is basically is an acknowledgment. Plus an opportunity
to talk smack about the person or lament their loss.

I was a Mod on a fan forum. We had rules. The owner didn't enforce them. Well, she selectively enforced them. There was a poster who threatened and terrorized other posters. It stopped being a fun place to post because the owner refused to ban the Bully. Turned out that the Bully was a mental patient. I had posters begging me to stop the Bully. The owner refused, posters started leaving and so did I.

FR has rules. Jim bans those who repeatedly break the rules. It is HIS forum. If Jim doesn't like the Viking Kitties, HE will say so.

My guess is that you are a retread and the Viking Kitties were involved. I say that because of your MANY posts against them. It speaks volumes.
