You know, C210N said something about the guy I cited, Penguin 6 on Youtube, and it was something to the effect that Penguin 6 didn’t seem legit (I forget how he worded it).
So I did a little thinking, “Welp, he is a lefty, I suppose they could plant someone on Youtube to give tours of areas of interest whenever the news mentions specific locations etc. to distribute “nothing to see here” and help normalize Biden not being in the White House.
I mean, he seems like a VERY nice guy but he’s been doing slo mo of the passing motorcades and seems surprisingly mellow when claiming a Parks helicopter was a participant in the last motorcade.
The Marine One landings that never showed POTUS.... hmmm...
So then I read the except I quoted above the line and I recall Penguin 6 said those were ‘Jersey barriers’ put in place, as they had been previously behind the white house, to protect a fountain under construction.
If those barriers are in fact 10 foot blast walls, that kind of seals the deal on the Penguin.
If/when you (or any other science/medical brains) can go through the UK gov vaccine surveillance document to see how it says what Gen.Flynn says it says, let me know. I really want to pass it around but the UK doc is so far over my head I can’t even see it.

I poked around a bit and found another description of what's going on there is called, in construction circles, site hoarding.
"HOARDING DEFINITION
"The definition of a hoarding is basically a fencing system used to enclose a building site whilst construction works take place. They are typically temporary solid fence panels which are made from timber, metal or composite panels. Hoardings are installed around the perimeter of a building site and have vehicle and/or pedestrian access points. Their primary function is to keep the site secure, but many are used as temporary signage boards to keep the public aware of what’s behind them. Site hoardings are also used to maintain the privacy of the site and therefore the clients’ interests safe."
