BOH then wanted to speak on the "camp" issue, "to clarify". They stated the issue was never on the agenda, it was an internet rumor that went viral. The WAC has been on the books since 2003, it's not new, and most states have similar. One BOH board member stated that if someone, under the law, should be taken to quarantine the health office requesting such and the individual would be in front of a state superior court judge who would decide.
Note...I'm going to re-read the WAC to confirm this, I don't remember it but it's been a long day.

That's it in a nutshell.

1. No activating the WAC that covers isolation/quarantine camps.
2. Mandate for k-12 students being vaccinated voted down unanimously.

That is all.

I'm so grateful for your notes and insights on the meeting - you saved so many people so much time! :D

"They stated the issue was never on the agenda, it was an internet rumor that went viral. "

It was on the agenda when I saw it. Taking it off the agenda doesn't do much - they can just put it back on. The problem is that it exists and was amended a few times recently.

The forcible quarantine camp/involuntary 'vaccinations' was amended in 2019, and amended for the 2021/2022 session. They are lying when they say, "That old thing? I only saw it once or twice when I went to have the oil changed in my car."

I see they didn't feel a need to clarify that you are not entitled to contact your family or an attorney, but you are entitled to request such communication. The warden decides if it feasible (e.g., "when possible") given how busy they are.

Nothing the board felt the need to clarify about being rounded up and detained as a group either. Guess they don't want clarity around the ways in which you can disappear from your community and be untraceable.

Again, thanks for saving so many of us the time, and then writing clear, concise notes!

We are in agreement. I don't trust them, steam came out of my ears a few times when I knew they were full of it. I am going to keep an eye on their meetings, if at all possible. They knew they kicked up a storm and wanted to pacify the people. On the streaming video most of them came across as quite smug...the actual BOH members. The TAC members, particularly the chair, was a real, down to earth, human.
