Yes, if you right click and then search the web for image, several articles come up that says it is, but if you search for the Bank of Malta, it is an entirely different building.
Plus that is not the symbol for the Bank of Malta.
That is, however, the symbol for the Knights of Malta. As for exactly where that particular building is, I have not yet found it. Maybe Ireland.
Feel free to help me search 😃. We have not been very diligent anons to just take the internet at it’s word that this picture was of John Roberts at the Bank of Malta.
