I grew several plants last year, along with a dozen ghost peppers.
Jalapeno peppers are about 10,000 Scoville units. Ghost are a million and Reaper up to 2 million Scoville units.
I wear rubber gloves to handle them. I dried about 2 gallons of them and experimenting with them for animal control around the garden.
