There’s no way this story is true. Nobody would actually go to a Taco Bell when a Chick-Fil-A is right down the street.
I haven’t been to Fag-fil-A since they went globohomo 2 years ago. After how people stood by them, they flipped Christians the finger and dumped Fellowship of Christian Athletes for a runaway shelter founded by a molesting homo Priest. Then BLM came along and they told me I needed to go find someone black and shine their shoes.
Taco Bell is my friend. They might not agree with me on everything, but they’ve never stabbed me in the back. When a friend betrays you, it’s over. I used to drive 20 miles outta my way to patronize them.
I knew they were starting down the wrong path when they dropped slaw for dirt flavored kale to make millenial chicks happy.
Sundance is wrong. Empty shelves, is empty shelves. Asking why is like trying to get an explanation why your spouse cheated on you. All that matters, is that they did. All that matters is that the shelves are empty. And it’s the fault of the DC junta occupation government.
Used to that was only for hurricanes.

Same here - somebody wanted food from there - went elsewhere to spend my money.
Not sure if I’ll ever go back. Will definitely avoid. If someone had already paid for a gift card, well then I would use it up.

Sundance is not wrong about the supply system. The shortages are not because of transportation. (Although the DC Junta has caused the transportation issues) The shortages are caused by Communist meddling in a market operated nation.

Oh yeah... and it CAN get worse. Everyone thinks America has some magic forcefield around us. But yeah, we can get that “cyber attack”, that currency collapse (The spend like someone who clearly doesn’t intend to pay it back...ever), and the Russians gave the idiots a clear honest to god red line with a 30 day clock. And DC is babbling on like it’s just a normal thing to negotiate and has no clue they have finally succeeded in presenting them with an existential threat. So they want a new war.
And we are deeply divided, they are using genocidal language, and it feels like about year 1859.5 just now and a spark could light off a civil war. At least 2 million Mexicans, Central Americans, Chinamen, Haitians, and every stripe of camel jockey has been flooding in.
Oh yeah, there are a lot of ways America could wind up on that Venezuela diet. Other than that, I have no strong feelings on the topic.
I am old enough to remember when Taco Bell always had tomatoes. That was before January 20, 2021 at noon. About a week ago I went at 1am (they closed at 3am that day) and couldn’t get a Spicy Potato Soft Taco (no potatoes). She asked if I’d take a 2nd Chicken Chipotle Melt instead and I said sure. I feel in the bag, two items, and drive away. I get home and I had two of this: soft taco shell filled with ground beef (like extra) and a LOT of cheddar cheese. No chicken anything. I got my monies worth ($2), so I did not complain. That said...FJB

That is a great info source. Lots of people confusing international supply chain issues with incountry covid staffing issues.
I get your point, but the bottom line, is that government meddling has interrupted the chain that puts food on the shelf. An MBA might disagree, but for me, the chain starts with the producer, and ends with the stockboy.
The coup government has screwed up the chain as I see it. Arguments about why the shelf is empty are at best...academic.

My local Taco Bell used to be open 7am to 4am. Now it is 9am to 2am. I asked, and they said staffing issues as well. Nobody wants to work any more. As I drive down that same main road they are on I see Help Wanted signs everywhere. How are people feeding themselves if they are not working? I know the extra unemployment thing ended. The last ‘stimulus’ was about a year ago now. I have my own business and a 2nd job, because I like money and hate worrying about bills plus it keeps me busy and out of trouble. If it wasn’t for the mask requirement (and possible shots, don’t know) I might take a few shifts at Taco Bell myself (for the food discount mainly).
They were hoping you said no so they didn’t run out. LOL
