FWIW-

I've known some Doc's that weren't very good at all. Sucked and some dangerous...

I've known some RN'and APRN's that were awesome...and other's that sucked and dangerous. I've known some RT's that sucked too...And PT's OT's SLP's..CNA's etc...and dangerous and suck.

I think that is what it is like everywhere...but many of them get weeded out by co-worker's or patients.

I've known some Car Mechanics that totally suck..and other's you keep as long as you can...
