I've taken vitamin D in the winter for years. In February 2020, I added zinc and quercitin/C. A few more items are in the cabinet. I credit these things for having mild cases. Perhaps with HCQ we would have avoided it altogether. I never thought I'd say I was glad to have COVID, but in some respects it is a relief. I'd rather have some natural immunity if I can get it without being seriously ill.
