I have said Fauci is an idiot. I have also said this is the first time that there are hospitalizations with incidental finding of covid (omicron). There is no need to get the very mild symptoms and especially no need to test the asymptomatic. Omicron is a real godsend. If you want to believe that Fauci is science — that is on you, but I have never proffered that opinion.
What opinion I have proffered is the ongoing claim to knowledge and fame as more and more nurses claim things they are not (or by default allow websites to claim things they are not without setting the record straight) and the zealous defense of the indefensible
I challenge you to find one instance where I have supported Fauci, MSNBC or youtube. But that is really quite rich of a statement you leveling accusations as such as the main sources that many of the more shall we say irrationally zealous antivaxx and against science crowd here uses is: Bitchute, Dailyexpose, and Steve Krischner.
Usually when things become so obvious, the mark of sanity is to throw in the towel, however, there is no prevailing sanity among the posters of this type of information. They cannot even say that the most bizarre should be questioned. The textbook definition of zealotry.

Nurses are more likely to have integrity than doctors. They don’t have such an expensive lifestyle to protect.
Doctors are like car mechanics, only cleaner and less honest.

And in your supposed online erudite stance you ignore there are also qualified scientists who with opinions that differ from you who are banned.

Well...first off I'm unvaxxed and won't ever be vaxxed.
Secondly we don't place people in "coma's and place them on Vents. At least at the place's I have worked....and I've been in the field since 89-90.
There are guidelines... If you can not sustain your PH to normal levels and your O2 to normal levels..if your wishes were to be a FULL CODE...you are going on a vent.
If your wishes were to be a DNI/DNR you wishes will be followed....everywhere I have ever worked.
Period.

I absolute agree that vaccination is a choice and that people should not lose their livelihood for refusing. Of course, it is what I have said all along — so there is always that. I have been consistent in this position.
I actually listened to the Supreme Court arguments yesterday — I think Roberts will play his usual peacemaker and what is going to happen is that the universal mandate will be struck, but I can see him siding with the HCW mandate — which of course will be an awful decision.
But in no way, shape or form should any vaccination be mandatory. Period.

I've known some Doc's that weren't very good at all. Sucked and some dangerous...
I've known some RN'and APRN's that were awesome...and other's that sucked and dangerous. I've known some RT's that sucked too...And PT's OT's SLP's..CNA's etc...and dangerous and suck.
I think that is what it is like everywhere...but many of them get weeded out by co-worker's or patients.
I've known some Car Mechanics that totally suck..and other's you keep as long as you can...

@72 Yeah - ‘Anti-vaxxers’ like you said. That is a fair moniker for those who question an experimental vaccine that we can’t know what is in it. Can’t know about the testing for 50 years and the developers are free from litigation if something goes wrong.
You know - most drugs are tested for a few months with no animal testing and injected into the blood of humans.

When medical professionals are prosecuted in the future for injecting experimental treatments to vaccinate against a RNA virus (which I am certain you at least learned about in undergrad are HIGHLY mutable and cannot be contained) You are not one of the fools who injected this legacy vaccine. I at least hope you informed people of the risk.
