The survey pretty much says what people already know, which is that as of today electric cars have limited uses. It also states the obvious - if electric cars worked as well as vehicles with fuel based engines and cost the same to buy and maintain people would buy them.
Whoever paid for the survey shouldn't have wasted their money.
No way the infrastructure will be able to handle everyone driving EVs, which is the point, to get rid of personal transportation.
