Looks to me like the whole article is a crock. Nobody “captured” anything. All they have is phony-looking artist’s rendering of what he thought a supernova might look like as he toked on his roach. Is THAT the best science can do these days?
Well, if it was Chinese Physicists, the list would be shorter....................
This is what Danny does, he dumps and defecates on articles others post and thinks he’s funny and cute.
I think he should go on the religious threads and disrupt and mock them with his humorless bull s**t.
LOL!
So you seriously though a person could be burned to a crisp like that...while remaining on their feet?
I saw something just about like that in Vietnam when one of our helicopters crashed on an LZ. 4 Grunts burned up.
Wake up.
You have mail.
Re: ...it exploded 120 million years ago.
...then it’s already been posted :)
Re: I want actual images.
That would be here...

“...astronomers have imaged in real time the dramatic end to a red supergiant’s life — watching the massive star’s rapid self-destruction and final death throes before collapsing into a type II supernova.”
It’s frustrating that the image and “video” in the story are both “artist renderings”.
Why not release an image of what they claim they have imaged?
“Sculptor Marlin Miller”
I’d give my eye teeth to have one of his sculptures. Probably wouldn’t set it on fire though. LOL.
Oh yeah I was there
All I see are artists renderings
