Anyone here know how much 12 mg ivermectin to take for a 200 lb. guy on a maintenance program.I just got mine in from india took forever.
I’ve been googling my butt off to find any info and its all purposely so convoluted there is no real info there.

Weight/2.2 = kg
Maintenance dose is 0.3 to 0.4 mg per kg
Using 0.4 it’s (200/2.2) x 0.4 = 36.36; call it 36.
Three 12mg pills per dose.

Zelenko protocol has a dosage of 0.4-0.5 mg/kg/day for 5-7 days for moderate-high risk patients.
That would be 3 pills. If you are less than moderate risk, 2 pills.
