Hi. I was wondering if you had the recipe for making the homemade version of a quercetin like substance with grapefruit? I’ve recently hade a bunch of sick neighbors and have been too generous handing out my quercetin and zinc. I went to order more online last night and my normal supplier was all out. I’m figure quercetin must be hard to get right now. Thanks

I made some and froze it in ice cube trays, then bagged and stored it in the freezer.

Peel the rinds from 3 organic grapefruit and 3 organic lemons and cover with 3 inches of good quality spring water (no chlorine or fluoride). Bring to boil in a pot with a glass lid, if possible, reduce heat and simmer for 3 hours. Cool completely without ever removing the lid. Store in the fridge in mason jars or freeze. Take 2 teaspoons twice a day.

I've only seen the grapefruit 'n lemons version of at home DIY HCQ derivative, quinine.
