To be clear. Many people are low in Iron. It's a good idea to use a cast iron skillet as it does raise your iron levels. As Copper pipes raises your copper level.

Though it's not a bad idea if you're sick to avoid iron. But to be clear covid and injections creates an iron bomb in your blood stream that no amount of clean up can be done quick enough. It's going to do damage primarily to your mitochondria which is what the rash's you might have seen are.
