Why is it always the case that people in their elder years after dropping 60 or so pounds looked like they aged 30 years?

Now instead being fat, they look ancient.

I think it’s the loss of subcutaneous fat that makes you look old.

They need to keep working. What you are seeing is the loose skin. After maintaining for a couple of years, they look normal.
