You just proved my point. I routinely dropped 10 lbs in a week dehydrating when I fought. Current fighters are much better at it. Dropping 20-30 pounds in a week is routine in today’s competitions because they have figured out how to do it without losing all your muscle mass. EPO is a big help and easy to mask.

I remember the wrestlers in HS doing this. One guy was a state champion wrestler. He would not brush his teeth for 2-3 days before weigh in so a not to get a minsicule amount of water in his body.
