Does she make the kimchi, or do you?

Our daughter spent a year in Korea 20 years ago. Came home and told me I had to learn how to make kimchi. Been hooked ever since.

Made a fresh batch last week, taking some to her this weekend.

Made some kkakdugi not long ago. Too bad I have to drive 35 miles to buy daikon radishes.
