Nobody filed a Religious Exemption??
The article states some exemptions were allowed.
The Religious exemption request was over 6 pages long and asked some deeply personal questions that I didn't feel comfortable sharing with them.
I was told by my director that I shouldn't bother anyway as religious/medical exmptions were most certain to be denied.

Always bother ... especially when told not to bother ... because that's a sure sign there's legal footing to be gained.

That’s all I told them. I did not give any details. They asked me if it was “sincerely held” I told them that I was willing to quit if they didn’t accept it. They accepted it.

I talked to an attorney about my medical exemption (legit from my long time dr) and was told that denying a medical exemption would open an employer to a serious ADA lawsuit
