I think you missed my point. In my opinion, the stated number of 800,000 is wrong, inflated and fraudulent. I truly expect in due time it will be proven that COVID is not, was not and never will be the deadly disease as claimed.
COVID is the greatest hoax ever perpetrated in human history.

Guess I did miss your point, but in any case I don’t disagree with anything you’ve posted. My point was that one quarter of one percent of the population seems to me insignificant, and thus confirms your own view.
By the way, are you familiar with the AAPS, American Association of Physicians and Surgeons? It was founded in 1943 as an alternative to the AMA, which at the time many physicians and surgeons felt had become too politicized. I subscribe to the AAPS newsletter which reflects your views (and mine) re the COVID “pandemic”.

Truth be told, there seem to be so many “Branch Covidians” posting on FR that it makes discerning between the level-headed, skeptics and pandemic worshippers difficult at times.
With respect to the AAPS, I am not familiar with them, but then I am an engineer, not a physician. Which brings me to the point that as an engineer, educated at a Christian, liberal arts focused institution, I always felt a certain kinship and comraderie with scientists, doctors, engineers, physicists, chemists, ad infinitum. Yet, góiing back to the mid 1990s I have developed a tragic and worrisome disconnect to many of my former brothers and sisters in the STEM community.
At first it was “global warming”, then came “Y2K”, then came “peak oil”, then came “global warming” (courtesy of Al Gore), then came SJW, BLM, Cancel Culture, and gender disporia and many, many other BS ideas.
But for ao many of them unable to find reputable and financially viable positions in private and public institutions in their expertise, they have given in to gods of political correctness and expediancy and accepted positions at corporations, universities or government funded think tanks that pay far more than teaching jobs at their local junior high schools.
They admittedly sold their souls to the New World Order because it allowed them to assuage their egos, salvage their careers, pay their mortgage, feed their families and buy the newest crinckets from.China.
We have all been seduced to one degree or another by the modern day’s “30 pieces of silver”.
Sorry to say that I believe we are truly lost and looking at very bad times beyond our expectations.
