Many, many people throughout history have stood with evil for fear. And to be fearful of not having money makes it even worse.

Frequently not. The reason is often the legal department.
But I don’t view the mask situation as nearly so dramatic. My life is in my hands, I don’t find wearing a mask onerous, so I comply. If vaccination is required, I’ll choose to not comply. There’s a dozen things we all live with daily that are actually dramatic — income tax, property tax, gas tax, the difference between legal and felon being a 16 inch vs 15.5 inch rifle barrel, etc. I don’t suppose you’ve taken a brave stand and said no to any of those? I haven’t.
By all means, if you find the mask situation intolerable, stand up. But don’t blow out of proportion the alleged lack of spine by people who just don’t care much about it, because it’s really not that big of a deal.
No tell him you have a call from a competitor. Let his his imagination do the rest.

I told my employer that I would not comply with OSHA mandate. I sent a resignation letter. They responded by saying that they were willing to make any necessary accommodation. I told them I not only refuse to get the vaccine, but I refuse to submit to any Covid test.
I’m still working, but if I have to get a test or a vaccine, that will be the last day I work.
That’s exactly what I did. I’m still working. But I’m prepared to move on.
I quit my job in September.....was tired of mask mandates... All these months later the county my job was in, is still extending the county mandates. Illegal mandates.
I’ve worked in many shipyards and factories and I don’t think I’ve ever been required to wear PPE for none legitimate safety concerns, so you must have a much different experience with company required PPE.
When they tell you to get vaxed or be terminated, there’s no doubt you’re going to comply, you’re already a broken man, you will find you no longer have the will power to resist the next lie they’re going to force you to believe. You can justify your decision anyway you want but your decision in this case just helps the left march us faster down the road to tyranny. It’s like death from a thousand cuts, not resisting the unscientific, useless and harmful mask mandates is just one of those cuts.
Don’t get pissed but IMHO you except the lie to make your life easier just like the cops who gleefully enforce these mandates who then say hey, I’m just doing my job. When told, you will accept the next lie too, there is no way you will have the backbone to say no to vax mandates bacause you’re already broken, you no longer have the will power to resist, once you accept the first lie, the rest are accepted easier and easier. This is just history echoing again. During the revolution about 1/3 of the people were Patriots, 1/3 were loyalists and the other 1/3 put their finger in the air waiting to see who won, I think those who will not resist the mask mandates today are analogous to the last 1/3, and yes, they were the beta-males.

Hardly. I requested a religious exemption when the company mandated the vaxx and cleaned out my desk with the expectation I’d be losing my employment. Instead the deadline came and went with no action taken. Recently the company sent an email stating that they’re waiting to see how the court cases shake out. My desk is still cleaned out. Like I said, I’m willing to wear a mask because the inconvenience is minimal. I’m not willing to take an injection developed with abortion-derived cells. It’s not some sort of continuum, the two are worlds apart in my mind.
Masks are surely a pain...but being without an income is a bigger pain.
There are criminal penalties for that; don’t do it.

Well hopefully I’m wrong, but whether its resisting masks or vax mandates its all the same principle.

You don’t get anything right, do you?
Trumps position on the vaccines is a quite a bit more nuanced than you imply.
And he cannot and must not be the one in the forefront pointing out these
problems at this time. He is, however, against the mandates, as he should be.
