Should add I agree with you. The question for those of us who struggle during calorie restriction is where are we losing weight? Because if we are losing bone density and muscle more than fat, then our bodies will CRAVE more food. Desperately! But it is possible to change how our body responds. Once we start using and losing fat, we can diet without fighting our bodies.
