I came upon it a couple years ago, so this has been out there for quite a while.
If true, it fits well with the numerous “sealed indictment” theory that has also been out there quite a while.
Also works on the “we have it all” track
After seeing these charges tied to these people (and knowing there are more foreign & domestic) it becomes easier to understand why the round up is taking so long.
