I do the same thing as well, I avoid the doctor until I can’t do that anymore. But it also sent a lot of heart problems aren’t symptomatic until there is some damage. The few people I knew that ended up with heart surgery didn’t think they had a problem until it was big. It’s possible insurance won’t cover these procedures and less there are some kind of symptoms warranting them.

Unless there is a congenital heart problem that a doctor is aware of it is just up to us to eat healthy, exersise and try to take care of our hearts.
