Twitter has blocked reading in private mode too, if you don’t have an account.

I don't understand why people support Twitter and FB anymore.

Well, I don't support Twitter in the sense that I've never had an account. That is the reason I canno6t read all of the posts. But, not everybody that I used to read on Twitter has migrated over to GETTR, and even those like Posobiec will respond with information to a post on his twitter TL that won't be on GETTR, even though he posts on GETTR.

Like it or not, there are a lot more users on twitter than GETTR. There is a local HB Scanner, and OC Scanner accounts that have relevant information to my specific area. They are not on GETTR. Most sports TL's are not on GETTR. So I miss a lot of information available.

I've said before, it is good that there are many alternatives for the obvious reasons. However, now all the conservative voices are spread all over the place, it is hard to know or remember where they all are & to check them out regularly. Also, with the bifurcation, if you only read GETTR, you are then in an echo chamber with no back & forth between conservatives & Libtards.

As far a FB, I again do not have an account, but my wife does, that I use. I use it to sometimes respond to my Dim Congresswoman & post arguments. There are a couple of "Inside HB" pages for local news. Also, parents stream my son's High School games there, and of course the dog videos that my wife keeps "liking" so they keep popping up.

It would be nice if everything was in 1 place, but that would be like only having 1 newspaper. Imagine if we only had USA Today and no other news sites, or magazine sites. You would miss out on a lot.
