“45th President Donald J. Trump revealed in an exclusive interview with Fox News that his media company, Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG), is currently “under development” and expected to be fully operational by early 2022.

As a counter-punch to Big Tech’s anti-free speech behavior, the president is launching his own social media platform, TRUTH Social, through TMTG.

The app is intended to be a safe haven for practitioners of the First Amendment and a way of “getting our voice out to a lot of people,” said Trump.

In October, President Trump’s multimedia venture became a publicly listed company after merging with Digital World Acquisition Corp. and gaining a potential value over $10 billion dollars. The well-financed media company will be in “great shape,” and is “moving along very well,” said Trump.

The 45th president kept it simple and to the point when speaking about the mission objective of TMTG, which he said is about “getting our voices out.”

One such way that Trump intends to mainstream access to his input is through a media streaming. After receiving a billion-dollar investment in December, TMTG announced its partnership with Rumble, a company with the capabilities of YouTube, but without the suppression of free speech.

A press release by TMTG announced Rumble will provide “video and streaming,” for TRUTH Social. The two organizations are also finalizing a deal for TMTG’s video on demand subscription, TMTG+.”
