I am hoping that this was the EO that was extended to mean those receiving Federal money(Federal contractors) as well as direct Federal employees, and that has been stayed.
The OSHA mandate was only stayed by the SC pending the outcome of current court cases.
This ruling is a good bellwether of things to come.
