“Donald Trump’s children Ivanka Trump and Donald Trump Jr. are refusing to comply with New York Attorney General Letitia James’ subpoena in her investigation over whether their father committed fraud by misrepresenting his company’s asset values, according to ABC.
Their participation in the civil probe was revealed in a Monday court filing by Trump Organization lawyers looking to block Trump and his children from speaking with James’ investigators.
James’ office told DailyMail.com in a statement on Monday, ‘As her investigation into financial dealing of the Trump Organization continues, Attorney General James is seeking interviews under oath of Donald Trump, Donald Trump Jr., and Ivanka Trump. Despite numerous attempts to delay our investigation by the Trump Organization, we are confident that our questions will be answered and the truth will be uncovered because no one is above the law.’”
