He has always been a blessing to others, he deserves it.
Thanks. We had always planned to bring him here at the point of hospice anyway, because the memory care is no benefit for him at that point.
As long as he enjoys the company of others, MC is a good fit. Even last week, we noticed him hanging out with his peers by the fire, watching TV, even smiling at their stories, he does not participate as much in activities but seems to enjoy them. And he still likes to walk - he did laps around the center for hours with his “lady friend”
So the hope is we can get him rehabilitated to the point he can go back and be with friends. If not, then I believe it’s time to look into home health here at our house.
My sister turned the living room into a care room for Mom and Dad. We all pitched in to help. I’m thankful they could be with family.
