The Biden Administration has negative political capital. They are desperate. And desperate people do desperate things. Internally they are discussing military options in Eastern Europe. Wag the Dog begins.

IIRC Clinton authorized the high altitude bombing of mostly civilian targets for 75 straight days in his Wag-the-dog Kosovo caper. He destroyed many bridges with one saved by citizens standing on it day and night.

In a book in the now defunct Newseum, I saw the Pulitzer prize winning picture of the old man staring through the fence supposedly from a Serbian concentration camp. Since it has been proven that he was standing OUTSIDE an enclosure, I wonder if The Pulitzer people have withdrawn the prize.
