The stay is in effect while the court case winds through thee appeals, and may be sent by certoriari to the Supreme Court if the Sixth doesn’t overturn the en banc ruling.
Since the SC is now on record, if it is brought to the SC again, it will not succeed.
But, no, it is not over yet.
And I think the healthcare workers cases have to wind their way through the courts, and the SC has not issued a stay for them in the meantime.
That is an unconscionable act, in my opinion. Shame on Roberts and Kavanaugh. Such harm has been done.

Thanks for the explanation. On the thread about the Supreme Court rulings, they were saying any place that takes Medicare and Medicaid would be included in the Mandate. That’s just about every health facility!
