Maybe all the talk about how to get good sleep yesterday readjusted our brains and we both got some good sleep.
Our brains are fascinating computers and so hard to turn off but it worked last night, PTL.

Glad you slept well! My sneezing is gone but I got a sore throat, actually woke up a few times to gargle with salt water. I have to get up early tomorrow and drive to abilene for my annual CT cancer scan, so hope it goes away.
And, I broke the mold. Horrible night. I made spaghetti for dinner and it did NOT like me. I ended up tossing and turning in the recliner all night. Ugh...
