Have you tried 3 or 5 mg of Melatonin?
I can’t take over 5, but, if I get desperate enough for good sleep, I’ll take it.
If I am having trouble sleeping, I sometimes take a half of a Benadryl.
And, I also take Magnesium EVERY night.....good for a lot of different things....relaxing being a great side benefit.

My problem isn’t not being able to sleep. Heck, I could sleep standing up. My problem is that my full bladder wakes me up 4 or 5 times a night. I can get back to sleep easily.
I’ve reduced liquids after 4, etc. I think I’m just going to have to accept that this is my life now - and consider it exercise.
