Where did you get the ingredients?

I use the directions on the FLCCC site:

“First pour 1 ½ tablespoons (25 ml) of 10 % povidone/ iodine solution into a nasal irrigation bottle of 250 ml.– Then fill to top with distilled, sterile or previously boiled
water.”

I use Betadine (Walmart, think)

I use Walmart Betadine and either the distilled water .... or, their saline nasal spray, and add in the Betadine.
